 * Sicherstellung des First- und Second-Level-Supports für unternehmensweite Anwendungen und angrenzende Systeme
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft im Spannungsfeld von Stabilität, Sicherheit und Zukunftsfähigkeit
 * Aufnahme, Bewertung und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
 * Konzeption und Optimierung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister und Partner
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen bestehender und zukünftiger Systeme und Geschäftsprozesse
