## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Accounting oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Industrieunternehmens, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Umfeld
 * Fundierte Expertise im Cost Controlling sowie in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung (z. B. Maschinenstundensätze, Zuschlagskalkulation)
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
 * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP, sowie ausgeprägte Excel-Kenntnisse
 * Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling sowie in der Bewertung von Investitionen
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Zusammenarbeit
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
 * Teamorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Hierarchieebenen

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Forecast-Erstellung sowie eine fortlaufende Liquiditätssteuerung
 * Eigenständiges Kostencontrolling mit Schwerpunkt auf CAPEX-Investitionen in der Aufbauphase sowie perspektivisch auf Produktions-, Material- und Gemeinkosten
 * Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Analyse von Abweichungen und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Produktionsumfeld
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
 * Überwachung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen auf Basis der Ergebnisse
 * Aufbau, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, KPI-Strukturen und Reporting-Tools
 * Unterstützung bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen innerhalb eines industriellen Produktionsumfelds
 * Vorbereitung und Begleitung interner sowie externer Prüfungen (z. B. durch Wirtschaftsprüfer oder Konzernprüfungen)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Produktion, Engineering sowie Group Finance in China
