## Description

* Define and drive the overall technical vision, architecture strategy, and delivery of end-to-end trading platforms.
 * Lead and develop a globally distributed engineering organization, including mentoring senior engineers and supporting hiring activities.
 * Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex front-to-back trading systems.
 * Evaluate, prototype, and introduce innovative technologies and solutions to address business and technical challenges.
 * Champion AI-assisted engineering practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
 * Establish and maintain engineering excellence through architecture governance, code reviews, standards, and technical mentorship.
 * Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to align priorities, drive automation, and optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
