* Als Abteilungsleiter Software Entwicklung führen Sie das Softwareentwicklungsteam mit rund 15 Mitarbeitern.
 * Für die Softwareentwicklungsprojekte stellen Sie eine termin-, budget- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung sicher.
 * Durch gezieltes Mentoring fördern Sie die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
 * Gemeinsam mit dem Product Owner entwickeln Sie die Produktstrategie und legen den Fokus auf Technologie, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit.
 * Neue Technologien bewerten Sie gezielt und nutzen sie zur Weiterentwicklung der Softwareprodukte.
 * Bestehende Entwicklungsprozesse hinterfragen und optimieren Sie kontinuierlich.
 * Eine skalierbare und zukunftsfähige Systemarchitektur stellen Sie langfristig sicher.
