* 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise software.
 * Experience designing complex workflows, platforms, or developer tools.
 * Strong knowledge of UX design, user research, and workflow prototyping.
 * Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
 * Understanding of AI, agent-based experiences, or intelligent automation.
 * Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
 * Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
 * Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with AI, agent, marketplace, or workspace products.
 * Understanding of AI, agent-based, or intelligent automation concepts.
 * Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

## Description

As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive marketplace, agent, workspace, use-case management, and operational experiences that simplify enterprise agent adoption. You'll leverage expertise in enterprise UX, design systems, user research, workflow prototyping, accessibility, developer-focused experiences, and AI/agent concepts while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

 * Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery through delivery, for enterprise agent experiences.
 * Translate complex business and user needs into clear, intuitive workflows and product experiences.
 * Gather and synthesize user insights through research, testing, and feedback.
 * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts that communicate solutions effectively.
 * Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency through established design standards.
 * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to drive successful outcomes.
 * Present recommendations, build stakeholder alignment, and facilitate design workshops.
 * Measure and refine experiences using usability findings, analytics, and customer feedback.
