Experience requirement * Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in manufacturing, refining, petrochemical, energy, mining, or other high-hazard industries. * Knowledge of Human Reliability Analysis methods, Human Factors Engineering principles, Process Safety Management systems, and risk assessment methodologies. * Strong technical skills in Root Cause Analysis, causal learning techniques, data analysis, performance trending, and organizational effectiveness principles. * Experience in one or more of the following: * Process Safety Management (PSM) * Reliability Engineering * Operations Leadership * Human Factors Engineering * Operational Excellence * Incident Investigation * Safety Management Systems The Extras * Professional certifications related to Process Safety, Reliability, Safety, Human Factors, or Operational Excellence. * Experience facilitating Human Performance Improvement (HPI) initiatives * Experience supporting high-risk industrial operations or large manufacturing facilities. * Knowledge of change management and culture transformation methodologies.
