 * 3+ years of experience building event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka, Pub/Sub platforms, and messaging patterns.
 * 3+ years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle DB and MongoDB.
 * Strong experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
 * Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available backend solutions in cloud-native environments.
 * Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices.
 * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
