The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and supports efficient HR operations. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, hands-on system configuration experience, and the ability to manage quarterly releases, troubleshooting issues, maintain data integrity, and document system processes.
