The role is well suited for an engineer who is energized by cutting-edge problems where the requirements may be incomplete, the solution may not already exist, and success requires asking good questions, forming testable assumptions, and learning quickly. Experience supporting highly regulated industries such as medical devices, life sciences, or digital health is desirable, but not required if the candidate demonstrates the ability to ramp quickly in new technical and application domains., Provide technical leadership across customer problems that may involve a broad range of technologies. The candidate is not expected to be an expert in every area on day one, but should demonstrate strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to learn, connect concepts, and apply adjacent-domain knowledge across areas such as: * DC Parametric Testing * Power Electronics and Power Integrity * Data Acquisition and Instrument Control * RF and Wireless Measurements * High-Speed Digital Design and Validation * Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers * Automated Test Systems * Manufacturing and Production Test * Signal Integrity and Protocol Analysis * Sensor and Mixed-Signal Validation * Data Analytics and AI-Assisted Test Workflows Software & Automation Development * Develop applications, automation frameworks, and customer-specific workflows utilizing Python, C#, MATLAB, LabVIEW, SCPI, and Keysight software platforms. * Integrate instrumentation into automated validation and production environments. * Create reusable software assets that accelerate deployment across multiple customer engagements., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline. * Master's degree preferred. Experience * Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in test and measurement, electronics design, validation, manufacturing test, automation, systems integration, or solution development; candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional learning velocity, technical maturity, and customer-facing problem-solving ability. * Demonstrated success supporting customer-facing technical engagements, especially where requirements were incomplete, evolving, or required structured discovery. * Proven ability to reason through complex technical problems, develop practical automated measurement solutions, and guide them from concept toward deployment. Technical Skills and Learning Profile Deep expertise in at least one measurement, automation, validation, or systems-integration domain is expected.
