This role drives the modernization of on-premises environments by leading end-to-end workload migrations into Microsoft Azure, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing cloud architectures. The engineer will design and implement core Azure services-including networking, storage, backup, site recovery, identity, and governance-while establishing best practices for cloud automation. A strong focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential, leveraging tools such as ARM/Bicep, and Terraform/Ansible, utilizing scripting skills in Powershell, Bash, or Python to build repeatable, compliant, and fully automated environments. This position also plays a key role in DevOps enablement, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, integrating cloud infrastructure with Azure DevOps, and championing automation across the development lifecycle.
