Sr. Telecom Specialist: * All Specialist II qualifications. * Five years of related telecommunications experience. * Project management skills and ability to work independently. * Advanced VoIP solution architecture experience. * Extensive experience with voicemail trees, hunt pilots, call handlers, routing, and call management., High School Diploma/Equivalency ## Description Responsible for administrative and technical planning for communication and security services provided by CMU. Duties include programming communication services, customer support, billing system maintenance, technical service requests, and special projects. The position provides increasing levels of responsibility based on Specialist I, II, or III classification., Specialist I: * Assist customers with cellular services, billing, service transfers, and loaner phones. * Generate service and technical support orders. * Track requests using ITSM software. * Maintain customer/billing information. * Process basic VoIP adds, moves, and changes.
