You will focus on customer account audits, contract tier alignments, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) membership management. Key Responsibilities * Perform line-by-line audits of customer master records to validate contract affiliations, GPO/IDN alignments, and local agreement data. * Review customer accounts and supporting documentation to verify contract tier eligibility and process new account submissions. * Cross-reference customer data across internal systems to detect discrepancies, missing data, or alignment issues, escalating complex findings to senior team members. * Maintain accurate audit logs, document contract affiliation changes, and assist with routine reporting regarding eligibility and compliance. * Organize electronic records and support special projects related to customer data accuracy and contract compliance. * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service) and external partners as needed. Qualifications & Requirements * Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative, data auditing, customer service, or contract support experience. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate MS Excel skills preferred. Hands-on experience working with ERP or CRM customer management systems (SAP strongly preferred). * Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational habits, solid written communication, and basic analytical/problem-solving capabilities. * Compliance: Ability to follow strict operational workflows, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to industry quality standards.
