Following the addition of a new Chief Marketing Officer focused on customer loyalty, personalization, and engagement, the organization has made significant investments in its data ecosystem, including the development of a modern data warehouse and implementation of a customer identity enrichment solution. This individual will play a critical role in accelerating data platform initiatives, enhancing data infrastructure, and ensuring operational resiliency within a lean analytics team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with deep experience designing scalable data solutions, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
