* Design, develop, test, and productize advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) algorithms and models to address critical operational challenges.
 * Architect robust data pipelines and ML workflows, including model training, evaluation, retraining, and deployment.
 * Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning packages to iteratively enhance model performance and deliver predictive capabilities., * Select appropriate data sets and perform comprehensive statistical analysis to drive model development.
 * Design, run, and optimize machine learning algorithms using industry-standard ML libraries and packages.
 * Train, retrain, deploy, schedule, and monitor models based on continuous user and system feedback.
 * Execute standard test and evaluation protocols to ensure scalable solutions and optimal model performance.
 * Provide system integration oversight and collaborate with engineering teams across the full development lifecycle.
 * Apply proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and R.
 * Serve as a technical point of contact for AI-related matters, applying strong analytical and communication skills to lead technical initiatives.
