Healthcare Domain Experience Strong healthcare IT experience is required. Experience with inpatient hospital environments is highly preferred, particularly involving workflows such as: * Patient registration * Pharmacy * Nursing * Psychiatric/behavioral health care * Billing * Laboratory systems and interfaces * Clinical workflows and integrations Experience within behavioral health or forensic hospital environments is a strong plus. Technical Skills Experience with test management, defect tracking, and automation technologies such as: * JIRA * HP ALM * TestRail * Selenium * UFT * Test management and reporting dashboards * Automated testing frameworks Equivalent testing and automation platforms will also be considered. This person should be comfortable establishing testing governance from the ground up, leading large cross-functional testing efforts, working directly with clinical and technical stakeholders, and providing executive leadership with clear assessments of system readiness and risk. ## Description We are seeking an experienced EHR Testing Lead to oversee testing strategy, planning, execution, and governance for a large-scale, multi-facility Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation. This individual will serve as a key testing leader throughout the implementation lifecycle, establishing enterprise testing standards and coordinating testing activities across business, clinical, technical, and vendor teams.
