## About the Role

* Hands-on SAP MDM/MDG experience is a must, with strong team leadership skills and 12+ years of SAP functional experience, including 10+ years focused on master data.
 * Lead master data impact assessment and functional design for ECC to S/4HANA upgrades, including Business Partner, CVI, custom programs, validations, interfaces, and data synchronization.
 * Strong expertise across Material, Customer, and Vendor Master, Source Lists, Purchasing Info Records, Condition Records, Pricing, and MDM data governance, modeling, workflows, and validations.
 * Hands-on experience with Business Partner/CVI conversion and SAP DTV 1.6+, including data validation, conversion cycles, remediation, and maintaining data integrity through go-live.
 * Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing, including interface validation, IDocs, field mappings, batch jobs, error handling, and remediation of custom programs.
 * Drive cutover, go-live, hypercare, documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with SAP BASIS, systems integrators, and project teams.
