## About the Role

Cisco Meraki - Hands-on experience with Meraki switches, wireless APs, templates/configuration, cameras, troubleshooting, and ideally multi-site network environments.
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID -Administration of M365, Entra ID, MFA, Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Active Directory / Identity -User provisioning, permissions, Group Policy, account administration, and access/security management.
Network & Systems Administration -Strong troubleshooting across LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, Windows Server, backups, endpoints, and general infrastructure. They need someone capable of supporting the current environment while helping execute the network migration.
Preferred:
Multi-Site / Restaurant Technology -Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another distributed-location environment would translate well. Toast POS, online ordering, third-party delivery integrations, and surveillance/camera systems would be particularly valuable.
Hands-On Troubleshooting & Customer Support - Must be comfortable working directly with restaurant managers and corporate users, diagnosing issues independently, managing vendors, and handling escalated problems.
