 * dabei lernst Du die Systeme entsprechend einzurichten, zu betreiben und zu verwalten
 * dazu gehört auch, dass Du bei auftretenden Störungen die Fehler systematisch und unter Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen eingrenzt und behebst
 * Du lernst, die Anwender*innen der Stadt Offenburg bei der Auswahl und dem Einsatz der IT-Ausstattung zu beraten und löst Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme
 * Du führst Schulungen für Benutzer durch und erstellst Systemdokumentationen
