## About the Role

Softwarebereich

- Austausch und Installation von Hard- u. Softwarekomponenten im Umfeld von Client-PC's, Notebooks, Druckern und sonstiger Peripherie
 - Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten sowie deren Personalisierung
 - Mobil Device Management
 - Durchführung von IT-Supportarbeiten inkl. Wartung und Reparatur anhand der übermittelten Service Tickets
 - Arbeiten mit Ticketsystemen (First und Second Level Support) sowie Statuspflege und Dokumentation der Tickets in den führenden Ticket- und Assetsystemen
 - Einweisung von Endusern

**Profil**

 
- Idealerweise eine **Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d), IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d), IT-System-Elektroniker (m/w/d) etc. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation** (gerne auch IT Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit guten IT-Kenntnissen)
- Erfahrung im IT Support, Onsite Support, Client Support, User Helpdesk bzw. 1st oder 2nd Level Support
- Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Installation, Reparatur und Aufrüstung von Hard- und Software (z.B. Notebooks, Desktop- und Mobile Devices, MS Windows (Win7 und Win10) etc.)
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Installation und Grundeinrichtung etc.)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
- Führerschein (Klasse B) wünschenswert
