 * analytisch, lösungsorientiert und entscheidungsstark mit klarer Kommunikation
 * selbstständig, integer, belastbar, idealerweise erfahren in wachsenden digitalen Unternehmen
 * Wohnsitz: Norddeutschland (idealerweise Rostock oder Bremen), mit regelmäßigen Terminen in Rostock

## Description

In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit des Unternehmens. Sie entwickeln Sicherheitsstrategien, implementieren Standards und Prozesse und stehen Teams sowie der GF als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Cyberrisiken, Compliance und Informationssicherheit zur Verfügung.

 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie
 * Umsetzung von Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessen
 * Identifikation und Steuerung von IT- und Cyberrisiken
 * Steuerung externer Security-Audits und Penetrationstests
 * Förderung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins in Teams
 * Weiterentwicklung von Notfall- und Krisenmanagement
 * Leitung der Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle
 * Reporting an Geschäftsführung und Vorstand
