 * Idealerweise ein branchenspezifisches Spezialwissen und eine gute Vernetzung innerhalb einer Branche
 * Innovationsfreude, Kreativität, Neugierde, ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und analytische Fähigkeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von komplexen Aufgaben bei der Analyse, Konzeption, Entwicklung, Test und Einführung von Anwendungssoftware rund um die Digitalisierungsvorhaben unserer Kunden
 * Gestaltung von Fach- und IT-Architekturen
 * Beratung unserer Kunden im technologischen Umfeld
 * Selbstständige Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten für komplexe Beratungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte unserer Kunden, Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops
 * Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von interner und externer (Teil-) Projektleitung und Coaching-Aufgaben
 * Übernahme von Mentor-Tätigkeiten für neue Kolleginnen/Kollegen
 * Möglichkeit zur Übernahme einzelner Key-Account- und Vertriebstätigkeiten
 * Möglichkeit zur Bewertung und Einführung neuer Trends und Technologien
