 * Erfahrung im agilen Software- oder Produktumfeld, idealerweise mit Scrum oder Kanban
 * Ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe IT-Systemlandschaften und digitale Geschäftsprozesse
 * Stärke im Stakeholdermanagement und Freude daran, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen
 * Eine strukturierte, analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
 * Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Miro oder vergleichbaren Lösungen ist ein Plus
 * Du bringst Erfahrung im sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag mit und weißt, wo KI unterstützt - und wo fachliches Urteilsvermögen entscheidend bleibt
 * Kenntnisse in Logistik, Transport oder KEP sind hilfreich, aber kein Muss

## Description

* Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für IT-Produkte im Umfeld unserer Paketlogistikprozesse
 * Enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern aus IT, Fachbereichen, Operations und internationalen Schnittstellen
 * Erarbeitung der Produktvision und Roadmap sowie die Weiterentwicklung der jeweiligen Produktdomäne
 * Pflege und Steuerung des Product Backlogs, Formulierung von Anforderungen und Priorisierung nach Nutzen, Machbarkeit und Business Value
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in User Stories zur Etablierung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses im Team
 * Strukturierung komplexer Themen sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei der Festlegung der richtigen Prioritäten
 * Schaffung von Transparenz über Fortschritt und Wertbeitrag mithilfe von KPIs sowie die daraus resultierende Ableitung von Verbesserungen
 * Vorantreiben von Prozessoptimierung, Tooling und Standards im Product Management
