* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im lT-Bereich - oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit lT-Schwerpunkt
 * Du kennst Dich sehr gut im Microsoft-Umfeld, Microsoft 365 / Office 356 und Netzwerkadministration aus
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support, idealerweise im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
 * ldealerweise bringst Du Erfahrung in der Administration von CRM-Systemen mit, z. B. AcademyFive, Hubspot, Moodle
 * Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert - und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
 * Du bist serviceorientiert, kommunikationsstark und hast Freude daran, anderen mit Deinem lT-Wissen weiterzuhelfen
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um in einem internationalen und digital vernetzten Umfeld zu agieren und Dokumentationen sowie Support auf Englisch zu leisten

## Description

* 1st und 2nd Level Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Studierenden,
mit Unterstützung durch einen externen IT-Dienstleister bei größeren Projekten,
IT-Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem inkl. Dokumentation

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware inkl. Ersatz- und Neubeschaffung, Softwareinstallationen jeglicher Art
 * Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Auslieferung der Ausstattung der Mitarbeitenden
(Laptop, Dockingstation, Monitor und Zubehör),
Installation und Einrichtung von Windows Betriebssystemen,
Active Directory (User Account Management)

 * Administration und Pflege unserer IT-Infrastruktur, Fehleranalyse und Systemoptimierung
 * Betreuung des Campusmanagementsystems AcademyFIVE,
des Learning Management Systems Moodle inklusive BigBlueButton sowie
der digitalen Angebote der Bibliothek (Datenbanken), Fehleranalyse sowie Einführung und Implementierung weiterer Bibliotheksangebote in enger Abstimmung mit der Bibliothekskoordinatorin

 * Aktive Unterstützung bei Fragen zu IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen
 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Anwenderschulungen und Support der Microsoft Office Anwendungen, SPSS, AcademyFIVE
