## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-/Elektrobereich, z. B. als Systeminformatiker, Elektroniker für Informations- und Systemtechnik oder vergleichbar

## Description

* Planung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme komplexer vernetzter IT- und Sicherheitssysteme
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Netzwerk- und Sicherheitslösungen bei Kunden
 * Integration von eigenen und Drittanbieter-Systemen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen unter Einhaltung vereinbarter Service Level Agreements
 * Umsetzung und Bewertung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen, beispielsweise nach BSI-Grundschutz
 * Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Erkennen von Optimierungs- und Erweiterungspotenzialen
 * Technische Abstimmung mit Kunden, Support, Vertrieb und Projektmanagement
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung bei Planung, Kalkulation und Projektierung individueller Lösungskonzepte
 * Begleitung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung vor Ort
