* Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Analyse und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen im SAP-Umfeld
 * Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung und Koordination komplexer SAP S/4HANA Incidents mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertriebsprozessen
 * Analyse und Behebung anspruchsvoller Fehler im SAP SD sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze
 * Betreuung und Optimierung der bestehenden SAP SD-Prozesse und Durchführung notwendiger Systemanpassungen
 * Aufnahme und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Anforderungen und Fehlerbildern
 * Erstellung funktionaler Spezifikationen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den ABAP- und Fiori-Entwicklungsteams
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung neuer SAP-Funktionalitäten
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen SAP-Plattform und ihrer Prozesse
 * Koordination und Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Systemstörungen und betrieblichen Engpässen
