 * Sicherstellung des laufenden SAP-Basisbetriebs inkl. Incident-, Change- und Request-Management
 * 1st & 2nd Level Support sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
 * System- & Mandantenkopien, Patch- & Lifecycle-Management (nach ITIL)
 * Steuerung von Transporten und Weiterentwicklung des Application Lifecycle Managements
 * Betreuung unserer Identity-Management-Plattform (z. B. IAG)
 * Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Rahmen von Compliance-Vorgaben
