## Description

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebs- und Serviceprozesse in Salesforce * Verantwortung für SAP SD und Salesforce inkl. Customizing (idealerweise mit ABAP) sowie zentrale Pflege von Debitoren- und Kommunikationsdaten * Beratung der Endanwender, Durchführung von Key-User-Schulungen und Schnittstelle zu externen Beratern * Erstellung und Steuerung von Preislisten, Preisfindung und Konditionstechnik in SAP inkl. Schnittstellenmanagement (z. B. OFML- und Stammdatenentwicklung) * Mitarbeit an Projekten sowie Durchführung von Tests, Dokumentation und Implementierung von Programmen und Schnittstellen zwischen Salesforce und angebundenen Systemen (insbesondere) SAP * Einsatzort ist nördlich von Frankfurt/M. Profil * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit fundierten Kenntnissen in SAP SD und Salesforce * Sehr gute Expertise im Customizing von SAP SD und Salesforce
