* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Projekt- oder IT-Umfeld
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Project Management Office (PMO) oder im operativen Projektmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitungen und Managementebenen
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Projekterfahrung in regulierten oder prozessintensiven Branchen (z. B. öffentlicher Sektor, Defence, Automotive, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Energie oder Finanzwesen)
 * Gültige Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung, z. B. IPMA Level D oder höher, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP (PMI), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) oder eine vergleichbare Zertifizierung
 * Sicherer Umgang mit PM-Tools wie Jira, Confluence, Asana oder Smartsheet
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen, Datenanalyse) sowie Erfahrung mit SAP
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
