## About the Role

* Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit SharePoint und Jira
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder alternativ mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
 * Zertifizierungen wie IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum PSM/PSPO oder PMI CAPM von Vorteil
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld, idealerweise in Rollout-, Infrastruktur- oder Großprojekten
 * Praxiserfahrung im Risiko-, Anforderungs- und Changemanagement
 * Erfahrung in Moderation, Präsentation komplexer Themen sowie in der fachlichen Koordination von Teams
 * Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisation oder Leitung von Projekten mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität innerhalb der IT-Branche
 * Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen
 * Dienstreisen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit erforderlich
