* Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik/ Informatik, BWL, digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung.
 * Erste praktische Berufserfahrung in einem Kundenservice relevanten Bereich.
 * Ausgeprägte Affinität Kundenprobleme zu identifizieren und lösen zu wollen.
 * Du bist vertraut mit agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. SCRUM, Kanban) bzw. kannst dich schnell in agile Ansätze einarbeiten.
 * Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Innovationskraft, Gestaltungswillen.
 * Du nutzt AI-Tools selbstverständlich für Aufgaben und Prozesse in deinem Fachgebiet.
 * Sprachniveau: Deutsch C2 (annähernd muttersprachlich) Englisch B und2 (selbstständige Sprachverwendung).
Nice-to-have :

 * Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Plattformen und deren Kundenservice-Prozessen.
 * Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und im Umgang mit KPIs.
 * Affinität für Customer Experience und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
