## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.

 * Alternate Education and Experience: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, Data Science, or related field and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
 * Experience must include 1 year with the following:

 * Forecasting;
 * Supply chain;
 * Data warehousing;
 * Tableau, Excel and SQL expertise;
 * Snowflake; and
 * Data modeling experience in Retail/E-commerce.

## Description

What you'll do:

 * Development of ongoing reports, analyses and dashboards to guide important decisions and process improvements.
 * Work with the Supply Chain teams in areas including network/topology planning and design, capacity planning, inventory placement, transportation planning, delivery experience for improved customer experience and in-stock positions.
 * Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints.
 * Communicate with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from several data sources using SQL and multiple technological platforms.
 * Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
 * Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
 * Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders.
 * Improve ongoing analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.
