## About the Role

* Du konntest mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im IAM-Umfeld oder der Systemintegration sammeln und hast gelernt, Kunden lösungsorientiert zu beraten.
 * Dein Wissen umfasst IAM-Protokolle und -Standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenIDConnect, SAML 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos) und du weißt wann welcher Ansatz zu wählen ist.
 * Mit den an IAM angrenzenden Systemlandschaften gehst du sicher um. Du kennst dich in diesem Zusammenhang mit HR-Systemen als führende Quelle für Identitäten (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors), Verzeichnisdiensten (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) und angebundenen Fach- und Cloud-Anwendungen aus.
 * Grundlagen in Programmierung oder Scripting (z. B. Java, Python, PowerShell) sind von Vorteil.
 * Erfahrung mit modernen IAM-Plattformen wie z. B. Saviynt ist ein großes Plus - aber kein Muss: Wenn du dich gern in neue Systeme einarbeitest, bist du bei uns genauso richtig.
 * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) runden dein Profil ab.
