* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung, z. B. als Konstrukteur/in, Tragwerksplaner/in, Techniker/in oder Technische/r Systemplaner/in
 * Praxiswissen im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau, Kenntnisse in Tekla Structures oder anderen CAD-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und klare Ausdrucksweise im direkten Kundenkontakt
 * Selbstmotivierte, proaktive und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben

## Description

* Technischer Kundensupport: Vielfältige Unterstützung für unsere Kunden per Telefon, digitalen Medien und bei Bedarf auch vor Ort
 * Wissensaufbereitung: Verfassen und Übersetzen von Support-Artikeln, Produktanleitungen und technischen Dokumentationen
 * Schulungsmaterialien: Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Übersetzung von Schulungsunterlagen
 * Teamwork: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und dem Customer Success Team
 * Produktentwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelösungen (primär Tekla Structures und Trimble Connect ) im Austausch mit der Produktentwicklung
