## Description

Meine Rolle & Verantwortlichkeiten

 * Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung von SAP-Basis-Teams, inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Priorisierung.
 * Second-Level-Support für komplexe technische Themen wie Fehleranalyse, Performanceoptimierung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs.
 * Planung und Durchführung von Installationen, Upgrades, Patches und Migrationen von SAP-Systemen und Datenbanken.
 * Verwaltung und Optimierung von SAP-Datenbanken (z. B. HANA, Oracle, DB2) sowie Sicherstellung robuster Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte.
 * Performance- und Kapazitätsmanagement sowie Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Berechtigungskonzepten.
 * Administration hybrider SAP-Landschaften (Cloud & On-Premise), einschließlich SAP-Cloud-Infrastrukturen.
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebsstandards.
