Influence architecture and designs across enterprise/cross-functional teams, understand customer/associate feedback to resolve or improve technical issues and develop, own, and drive implementation of the technology roadmap for Enterprise solutions. Lead efforts to develop and support highly complex software application systems by gathering requirements, converting requirements to technical design, developing the application, and implementing the application.
