This includes: + Scheduling project calls, trainings, and other adhoc meetings with all stakeholders + Follow up emails documenting all action items, decisions made, important notes (following project calls, initial training, CRM access, etc.) + Launching new project Asana boards and notifying all associated parties + Keeping all Asana timelines and tasks up to date + Preparing for project calls/project call follow ups + Update training decks with Salesforce features as deployments occur + Keeping internal documentation up to date: Confluence, Smartsheet, Merger Cheat sheets, etc. * Support the integration of new advisors on to the Salesforce system.
