This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Polygraph., * US citizenship required. * Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. * 5 or more years of professional software development experience Strong experience developing applications with Java and/or Python. * Experience building modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript. * Proficiency with relational database development. . * Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. * Strong understanding of Git version control and collaborative development workflows. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience). * Experience collaborating on or contributing to UI/UX design, including creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and improving overall user experience. * Experience designing distributed or microservices-based architectures. * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Helm charts or Ansible. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments. ## Description * Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern software engineering best practices. * Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Python. * Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript. * Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. * Manage source code using Git workflows, including branching, code reviews, and merge strategies. * Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across development, test, and production environments. * Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, and mission stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions. * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability requirements. * Expected work schedule is three days onsite and two days remote.
