## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field

 - 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
 - 3+ years of cloud computing experience
 - 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience

Preferred Qualifications

 - Master of Business Administration or Master's degree in Computer Science
 - Experience with AI/ML technologies

## Description

* Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally
 * Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology
 * Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)-ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints
 * Transition prototype and beta solutions to General Availability (GA) via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance
 * Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
 * Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption
 * Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement)
 * Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
 * Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies
