The Work: * Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO). * Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers. * Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions. * Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives. * Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda. * Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private and/or public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Accenture with customers, at conferences, and online. * Exhibit technical leadership in motivating delivery teams to meet customer expectations by providing workarounds and quickly resolving technical issues. * Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution. * Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more. Travel may be required for this role.
