EDUCATION: * High school diploma or GED (required). * An undergraduate degree in Finance, or Statistics, or a Certified Business Analyst or a relevant certification, is preferred. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. * Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery. * Works in a climate controlled environment, but may be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and exposure to general public. * The person in this role frequently communicates with others that may have questions, they must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must * be able to detect items that are both near and far. ## Description Under the supervision of the Director of Planning & Analysis, the Database Specialist plays a key role in defining, optimizing, and documenting operational processes. This position involves acquiring and analyzing competitive data, conducting lead analysis, and managing various analytic projects on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis, along with ongoing system management and administration. The Casino Analyst is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, improving guest experiences, and maximizing revenue across all departments.
