ServiceNow experience required (incident/request management).

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365, providing exceptional end-user support, performing imaging, and assisting with device setup and migrations., Provide onsite desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
Perform system imaging, deployment, and configuration of end-user devices.
Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, and ticket documentation.
Assist with hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and user migrations as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, printer, and VPN connectivity issues.
Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT standards and policies.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
Deliver professional, courteous, and timely technical support to all users.
