You will lead a team of software engineers responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software across cloud, enterprise, embedded, and avionics platforms. In this role, you will drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices, modern software engineering methodologies, and automation strategies while ensuring compliance with aerospace certification requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering, systems, quality, cybersecurity, and product teams to deliver solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and business objectives. You will report directly to the Sr. Engineering Manager and work closely with global engineering teams to establish technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure successful execution of software development programs.
