* Java - strong professional experience (backend development, API design, application architecture)

 * Angular - strong professional experience (frontend architecture, component design, state management)

 * Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns

 * Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs

 * Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment

 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly

 * Prior experience in a senior or architect-level role is a plus

## Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Developer or Software Architect to take ownership of a Java-based backend and Angular frontend application. This is a remote role suited to someone who can operate independently, make sound architectural decisions, and also get hands-on with implementation when needed.

Whether you see yourself as a hands-on senior engineer or a technical architect, we want to hear from you - the level of the role will be shaped around the right candidate.

What You'll Do

 * Own and evolve the architecture of a Java backend and Angular frontend application

 * Design and implement new features, integrations, and system improvements

 * Make key technical decisions around scalability, maintainability, and performance

 * Review code, mentor other developers, and help raise the overall engineering bar

 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

 * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

 * Contribute to technical documentation and best practices, * Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements

 * Ownership over meaningful technical decisions

 * Opportunity to shape the architecture and direction of the product
