Reporting to the VP of Data Center Services, this role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and customer-facing engagement across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role requires 25-50% travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and operational locations globally. This hybrid leadership role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite in Louisville, Kentucky. Candidates located within driving distance or a short direct flight are encouraged to apply., * Develop and execute the strategic vision for data center logistics and 3PL services, aligning capabilities with business growth objectives across global regions * Lead large-scale programs supporting data center deployments, operations, and asset lifecycle management * Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks that drive operational excellence and scalability * Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders across regions * Develop and present proposals, business cases, and service offerings that address complex, cross-border customer requirements * Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with global customers and partners * Oversee global relationships with manufacturers, transportation partners, and logistics providers; drive vendor performance and contract compliance * Lead strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain planning for data center operations * Identify and mitigate operational and supply chain risks across multiple geographies and regulatory environments * Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across logistics, operations, and customer-facing functions * Influence organizational decision-making through data-driven insights and executive-level communication, Responsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
