* High School diploma or GED

 - 2+ years of previous experience troubleshooting computer and network problems

 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environment

? Word, excel (filtering in excel- they use a spreadsheet for inventory)

? Troubleshooting if Outlook doesn't work/is slow/not loading

 - Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

§ Printers (basic I know how to network a printer)

§ Docking stations/monitor/keyboard)

? Software:

§ Adobe/Microsoft 365

 - Understanding of Remote Desktop Services and Active Directory

? They use remote desktop services- people need to connect into legacy systems
