## About the Role

* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
 * Solid understanding of SQL Server and database management
 * Experience supporting hosted/SaaS applications
 * Ability to diagnose performance issues and system errors
 * Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., Zendesk or similar)
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, * Experience with enterprise asset management or fleet management systems
 * Knowledge of application integrations and data pipelines
 * Exposure to ITIL practices or structured support environments

Key Competencies:

 * Strong communication skills (customer-facing)
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 * Collaboration across global teams (US/UK coordination)

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our UK customer base, with a strong focus on cloud-hosted environments and infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in troubleshooting complex application and hosting-related issues, particularly following system upgrades, database refreshes, and performance incidents., * Provide advanced technical support for cloud-hosted applications (Azure environment)

 * Troubleshoot issues related to:
 + Database refreshes and upgrades
 + Application errors in test and production environments
 + Batch processing and performance degradation
 * Collaborate with Hosting and Infrastructure teams to resolve escalations
 * Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
 * Support customer environments including testing and production systems
 * Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base articles
