The consultants will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, Workday technical teams, and other enterprise applications to deliver scalable Workday solutions., * Participate in Workday Financials implementation and enhancement projects. * Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. * Configure and implement Workday Financial Management modules. * Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party systems. * Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services. * Integrate Workday Financials with ERP, banking, payroll, procurement, expense, tax, and other enterprise applications. * Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. * Develop and troubleshoot EIBs, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations. * Support data conversion and migration activities. * Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment. * Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis. * Work with business and technical stakeholders to resolve implementation issues. * Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing. * Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, test plans, and deployment documentation. * Ensure Workday configurations and integrations follow security and enterprise architecture standards.
