Working in our Wilton, Connecticut factory, you will support manufacturing operations by solving technical challenges, improving production performance, and helping ensure product quality. This First Line Support Production Engineer position offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge technology in a highly collaborative environment. Your work will help drive reliable production processes while supporting ASML's mission to enable the next generation of semiconductor innovation. Role and Responsibilities As a First Line Support Production Engineer, you will provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing teams and help resolve technical issues impacting production. You will work closely with technicians, engineers, and cross-functional partners to improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance. You will: * Troubleshoot mechanical assembly, bonding, thermal, flow, testing, and qualification issues impacting production. * Spend approximately 75% of your time supporting operations in a cleanroom environment. * Investigate product failures and recommend corrective actions to restore production performance. * Develop troubleshooting guides, root cause analyses, and process improvement plans. * Support manufacturing procedures, technical work instructions, and engineering documentation. * Review technical drawings and specifications to identify and resolve manufacturing concerns. * Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cycle time, quality, and operational efficiency.
