Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline. * Automotive industry experience supporting OEM, dealer, warranty, parts, or retail sales environments. * Experience leading digital transformation and application modernization initiatives. * Program and portfolio management certifications or equivalent experience. * Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing web platforms and dealer ecosystem solutions. ## Description The Director, Engineering - Sales Applications is responsible for the strategic leadership, execution, and operational oversight of enterprise applications supporting Hyundai and Kia Dealer Portals, consumer-facing websites, Warranty systems, Parts systems, and other critical Sales and Aftersales platforms. This leader serves as the primary technology partner to business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Dealer Operations, Warranty, Parts, Digital, and Aftersales organizations. The role is accountable for application portfolio management, digital transformation initiatives, technology governance, service delivery, vendor management, and budget oversight.
