## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
 * 7+ years of experience in network design, or operations (preferred).
 * Expertise in enterprise networking, security, and cloud networking.

Required Certifications:

 * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CompTIA Security+. If not currently certified, the selected candidate must obtain the required certifications within six months of hire. Failure to do so may result in termination of employment. A higher-level certification may be accepted in place of CCNA at Microsoft's discretion.

## Description

* Design and implement scalable network architectures to support operational requirements.
 * Lead network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
 * Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and network best practices.
 * Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to network performance and reliability.
